Adriaticshuttle ofers transfer services at fixed prices, its a lot cheaper and more comfortable then local taxi and saves you time. Your transfer expense is determined in advance ,and the price does not depend on the increased seasonal demand for taxi transport.

3. Do you offer discounts?

Every time you book a transfer with return we give you 10% discount on your return route.

4. How do i know my debit or credit card details are safe?

All booking pages that require you to enter personal information are secured using SSL encryption. When you enter your booking data, you will be transferred to T – Com secure payment page where you will do payment. We never see your credit card details and they are not stored in any way at our web page.

5. Can i make a booking over the phone?

6. Can i pay the driver with cash?

Yes you can pay directly to your driver.

7. Do I need to pay additionally if driver has to wait because of the flight delays?

If your flight is delayed, driver will be informed about the delay and will wait for you for free.We are always monitoring each flight so you dont have to worry.

8. Is your service available at all times?

Yes,this is a 24 hours per day service.

9. Is my driver speaking english?

Yes,all of our drivers are speaking perfect english so you can communicate with them as you please.Some of our drivers are speaking Italian and German additionally to english.

10. Does your vehicle have Wifi?

Each of our vehicles has free water, free wifi and a tablet so you can check email,internet or even play games on your trip.

11. How can I find my transfer upon arrival?

Our driver will pick you up at your desired starting point. If the transfer includes the airport, ferry port or similar, driver awaits for you at the check-out exit with your name and sign.

12. I am travelling with children. Do you provide car seats?

Yes, we provide child seats and child boosters. Please, don’t forget to inform us in advance, during your booking process or via email.

13. How good is my driver?

All of our drivers are proffesionals with long term experience in passenger transport services.

14. Does the price of transfer includes a tip for driver?

You decide whether you want to give your driver a tip.

15. Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles but if you are a smoker, on a transfers longer than 60min we will stop for 5 minutes if you need it.

16. Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before transfer.

17. What are the restrictions on luggage?

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. Per each passenger, one checked baggage and two carryon items are allowed. If you have excess luggage, please send us an email in advance.

18. Do you allow pets on your vehicles?

Only small pets are allowed.
