1. Why is it better to book a transfer with you than a regular taxi?

Adriaticshuttle ofers transfer services at fixed prices, its a lot cheaper and more comfortable then local taxi and saves you time. Your transfer expense is determined in advance ,and the price does not depend on the increased seasonal demand for taxi transport.

2. What does the transfer price include?

-Door to door transfer from the starting point to the destination -free access to Wi-Fi -free tablet -free luggage transport -free calls to anywhere in Croatia (mobile and land lines) -driver assistance for all problems and questions

3. Do you offer discounts?

Every time you book a transfer with return we give you 10% discount on your return route.

4. How do i know my debit or credit card details are safe?

All booking pages that require you to enter personal information are secured using SSL encryption. When you enter your booking data, you will be transferred to T – Com secure payment page where you will do payment. We never see your credit card details and they are not stored in any way at our web page.

5. Can i make a booking over the phone?

6. Can i pay the driver with cash?

Yes you can pay directly to your driver.

7. Do I need to pay additionally if driver has to wait because of the flight delays?

If your flight is delayed, driver will be informed about the delay and will wait for you for free.We are always monitoring each flight so you dont have to worry.

8. Is your service available at all times?

Yes, this is a 24 hours per day service.

9. Does my driver speak English and is he a tour guide?

Our drivers speak English and will gladly talk with you about their personal knowledge,experiences and the area you are passing, but they are not official tour guides. If you need one for sightseeing stop that you booked you can make the arrangements with a professional tour guide on your own, or send us an email to help you organize one where possible.

10. What if i miss my flight?

Adriaticshuttle.com is relased from any responsibilty in cases of: abnormal weather conditions, unforeseen traffic jams,road works, demonstrations.

11. How can I find my transfer upon arrival?

Our driver will pick you up at your desired starting point. If the transfer includes the airport, ferry port or similar, driver awaits for you at the check-out exit with your name and sign.

12. I am travelling with children. Do you provide car seats?

Yes, we provide child seats and child boosters. Please, don’t forget to inform us in advance, during your booking process or via email.

13. How good is my driver?

All of our drivers are proffesionals with long term experience in passenger transport services.

14. Does the price of transfer includes a tip for driver?

Tip is not included in the price, all our drivers will gladly accept it. Usual tip in Croatia is 10-25% depending how pleased were you with the service.

15. Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles but if you are a smoker, on a transfers longer than 60min we will stop for 5 minutes if you need it.

16. Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before transfer.

17. Will my luggage fit?

Each passenger is allowed one medium bag (H67 x W45.5 x D26 cm) and one small bag (H54 x W34 x D20 cm). Make sure to select the appropriate vehicle size for the amount of luggage you have. Private car can accommodate 3x medium bags and 3x carry-on. Medium MPV car can accommodate 4x medium bags and 4x carry-on. Van can accommodate 7x medium bags and 7x carry-on. Van XL can accommodate 8x medium bags and 8x carry-on.

18. Do you allow pets on your vehicles?

Pets are not allowed.

19. Does your vehicle have Wifi?

Each of our vehicles has free water, free wifi and a tablet so you can check email,internet or even play games on your trip. We provide 4 GB of free wifi internet per trip

20. Will my sightseeing stop be open?

We can’t guarantee that every attraction will be open for every trip, as their working hours differ. We recommend checking the opening hours in advance,or get in touch with us on email.

21. What type of vehicle will i get?

Depending on your booking you will get:  Private car(VW Passat or similar) Medium MPV (VW Touran or similar) Van/Van XL (Renault Trafic, Vivaro, Spacetourer or similar) Vip Car/Mpv (Renault Espace Initiale Paris, Škoda Superb) Vip Van (Mercedes) Specific models may vary as we put safety as our number #1 priority,vehicles that are in optimal working condition always get the priority when assigning the trip. That's why we reserve the right to upgrade you(free of charge) to a bigger vehicle if for any reason the selected vehicle size is not available (for example from a car to a van, or from Vip Car to Vip Van). Exact vehicle and driver details you will receive a day before your trip.
